After over 32 years in the banking industry, I found that I needed to make a change in my life.  After serious and heartful consideration, I decided that I would really enjoy being able to interact with people as a licensed real estate agent.  My background in banking, my involvement in Regional Commissions, Airport Commissions, Industrial Development Authorities, and my intense civic involvement both locally in my communities, and around the world through my Rotary International involvement, I felt, gave me both the tools and contacts to become successful in this endeavor.

Along with these skills, and tools in my toolbox, I felt that my technical background and knowledge, such as my piloting and computer skills, would allow me to approach property marketing from a different perspective.  There is an old adage of "Work Smart, Not Harder."  I changed it around to work for me by saying "Work Smart So You Can Work Harder."  Organization is the key to any success, and I think you will find that in my ability to work for you in successfully marketing your property.

I believe in strong client service, and come from a service background of over 32 years in seeking to provide the highest quality client/customer service.  All of my listings have their own marketing website, along with the traditional listing service postings.  My websites are linked to all major search engines, with my own little "tweakings" to get your listing the maximum number of exposures.  From these websites, I can produce custom letter mailings, postcard mailings, email blasts, CraigsList postings---the capability goes on and on.

We then take this electronic capability to market your property, and add in a mix of my extensive contacts in the Southeast from 22 years as a bank president, and from over 20 years of Regional Commission, Industrial Authorities, Airport Commission, Chambers of Commerce, and Rotary International experience.  My contact database covers a very broad spectrum of confirmed and potential investors in the marketplace.
